Order Modification and Cancellation
We understand that circumstances may change, and we strive to accommodate your needs whenever possible. Please refer to the following guidelines regarding order modifications and cancellations:
- Order Modifications and Cancellations:You can modify or cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, provided the order has not yet been shipped.
- Post-Shipment Modifications:Once an order has been processed and shipped, modifications or cancellations are no longer possible.

Eligibility for Refunds
- You are eligible for a refund if your order has not been delivered within the guaranteed timeframe of 45 business days(excluding a processing time of 2-5 days).
- If you receive an incorrect item or a damaged product, you may request a refund, exchange, or replacement.
Refund Process
- Refund requests will be processed within 24 hourson weekdays.
- To expedite your request, kindly provide the following information:
- Images or videos of any damaged items.
- Your order number and name.
- Returnsfor reasons other than damage, such as a change of mind, are also accepted.
Return Conditions
- Returns must be initiated within 30 daysfrom the date of purchase or within 14 days after delivery.
- Returned items must be in their original condition, including all parts and packaging, and must be shipped with prepaid postage.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs if the return is due to size issues or a change of preference.
Refund Deductions
- A deduction of 9% + $1will be applied to the refund amount to cover payment gateway fees, warehouse shipping fees, and platform charges.
Cases Ineligible for Refunds
Refunds will not be provided under the following circumstances:
- Non-delivery caused by factors within your control (e.g., incorrect shipping address).
- Non-delivery due to exceptional circumstances beyond our control (e.g., customs delays, natural disasters).
- Incorrect sizes selected for products with properly provided size charts.
- Electronic items.
Refusal of Refunds or Returns/Exchanges
We reserve the right to refuse refund, return, or exchange requests in specific cases, including but not limited to:
- Pre-order and custom-made items.
- Orders that are already in transit.
- Incorrect information provided by the customer.
Delivery Failure Notices
In the event of a delivery failure, we will promptly contact you via email. If no response is received or if incorrect information is provided, the logistics company may dispose of the package. We are not responsible for packages that are disposed of due to delivery failure.
